Mark Henson
I’ve always been interested in weird stuff. I was elated to discover that through the use of a pencil I could create my own universe, if only on paper. I was lucky enough to encounter some ancient wisdom from India while a youngster, and so I learned to focus my creative ability on what I do best, and to work for the enlightenment of all.
My art tends to be somewhat narrative- I like to tell a story or show a state of emotion or consciousness with my images. I often begin with some sort of idea or theme. This theme might be suggested by anything, or may just drift into consciousness during my day. I am often asked if I receive these images while dreaming asleep.
Sometimes they do come in dreams, but usually they are floating around in my mind, just waiting to be noticed.
While I tend to be a down-to -earth person, when aspiring to creativity, I begin by looking deeply within myself, and seek to express what I may find there. My sincere wish is to tap into the Divine Source of Being, to Consciousness, to Spirit, or whatever you may call it-, that place where existence comes from, and to bring into visual reality images manifesting the knowledge revealed while in this presence. Strangely enough, I have discovered that the more intensely personal my vision is, the more universal its message when presented to the world.
I believe that art can have the ability to catalyze social and cultural changes. Art has the magical power to evoke emotional as well as intellectual thinking. Realizing this, my desire as an artist is to create compelling images of beauty and power that serve to promote our Conscious Evolution as human beings, and to show us how to live in a peaceful world. To this end I like to explore and present images with themes of Awakening Consciousness, Divine Sexuality, Political Realities and Living in Harmony with Nature.

Martina Hoffmann
Martina Hoffmann works as a painter and sculptress.
Her paintings offer the viewer a detailed glimpse into her inner landscapes - imagery that has been inspired by expanded states of consciousness: the realms of the imagination, meditation, shamanic journeys and the dream state.
"The visionary artist makes visible the more subtle and intuitive states ofour existence and creates maps and symbols reflecting consciousness. My work is an attempt to show spirit as the universal force which unifies us beyond the confines of cultural and religious differences. By accepting the interdependency of all life and our universal interconnectedness we have a chance to heal and transform the planet's general state of woundedness. In using art as a tool for transformation, we have the opportunity to create a reality as beautiful, healthy and strong as our imagination permits."
Martina Hoffmann, has exhibited her work and spoken on behalf of visionaryart and culture internationally. Together with her husband the AmericanFantastic Realist, Robert Venosa, she teaches visionary painting workshops.
"Your images show an artistry in painting that suffices to produce amazement and admiration for which words fail me."

Kati Astraeir
My art it is my path, the journey to primordial spirit. It is the language of my self-expression and for communication, a magickal tool for self-discovery, transformation of energy, and creation of reality. Uncovering the layers of consciousness, I dive within, into the unknown, in trust and surrender, to bring back the visions from beyond, to share with my inner light, and to activate again my whole being into it's inherent creative potentiality.
For many years I had to face and embrace my darkness for healing, until I started to awaken deeper, and experience the expansion into the cosmic consciousness, shifting my focus and tapping into my higher-dimensional self. Ever since, I am constantly in the process of opening myself up as a cosmic channel, a pure vessel for the divine energy that moves through me, in the service for the Great Goddess.
I work with the plant, and animal spirits. Snake and death medicine are very strong to me, in my constant re-birthing process, and shedding the old skins. Nature is my great source of inspiration, and here I truly find myself, merging with all, shape-shifting, connecting with the ancestral spirits.
I am a multimedia mystical and visionary artist, but the work with the life force, and the sacred sound seems very essential, underlying all my creation. In fact I always believed that I draw music, the energy in the constant movement, before the solidification into the physical form.
My art becomes more visible, when seen beyond the physical eyes, and more alive when being decoded and activated with the right sound frequency. It is designed to raise the frequency of the viewer to the higher vibrational levels, or to reflect back the shadow, over all, always acting as a cosmic mirror.
I move through the space with the guidance of intuition and sound, and using its power. This resulted in my numerous collaborations with some of the greatest masters, magicians of sound. Also I am on my empowering journey, discovering a musician, and a sound healer in me, taking my voice back, after many years of repression.
When my heart is fully open my process of creation becomes a dance. My goal is to open myself fully into my divine nature, beyond the limitations of the old mind conditioning, and to assist others through my work in their healing journeys.
Kati was born and raised in Poland. Currently she lives and works with her partner Steven Eye, a great sculptor, and a community leader, at Solar Culture Gallery, in Tucson, Arizona.
Kati joins us at The Temple of Eden displaying her latest creations, live painting, crystal bowl activations and more. For more information about Kati, visit http://katiastraeir.com"

Amanda Sage
Amanda Sage is at the forefront of a new breed of visionary/interdimensional artists using art as a tool for personal, spiritual, planetary growth and transformation.
Amanda was born April 19, 1978 in Denver, Colorado to her mother YOU and father Jackson, with two brothers still to come. Her childhood was filled with healthy, tropical, media-free, creative freedom in Florida without the distraction of formal schooling until she entered 4th grade in Colorado.
After finishing high school in Boulder, Colorado in 1996 at the Shining Mountain Waldorf School (where ‘coincidentally’ her high school art teacher was the Fantastic/Visionary artist HIKARU, her travels and projects bounced her between Bali, Indonesia and Vienna, Austria.
Sam Bull from Leap Now helped guide her in connecting with the revolutionary midwife Robin Lim in Bali, and initiating the first contact with the artist and teacher Philip Rubinov Jacobson.
After graduating she went to Bali as a volunteer for close to a year, and amongst other projects & exotic distractions, illustrated an herbal book with over 70 indigenous plants and herbs for the natural Birthing Clinic, now called Bumi Sehat. In this time she also extended production of her Batik clothing and design project that she had started in high school with her dear friend Leilea Satori, and this continued on amidst bouncing around the globe between the US, Vienna and Bali till the year 2000.
Through meeting Philip Rubinov Jacobson and Michael Fuchs in 1996, she was invited to do a private 2 year intensive experiment to study the techniques of painting and etching of the old masters as an apprentice under the classical/fantastic artist Michael Fuchs in Vienna Austria.
Following this in 1999 Michael introduced her to his father, internationally famed godfather of Fantastic and Visionary Art, Ernst Fuchs and has since been a student and painting assistant on various projects throughout Europe.
Michael taught her to “see” the world around her through the brush and the Old Master techniques in painting. Ernst has reminded her to “listen”, which has opened up other ways of ”seeing” and perceiving.
Since 2000 Amanda has been blessed with sharing a beautiful studio in the WUK, a self-governed culture house in Vienna (the biggest one of it’s kind in Europe), with her friend and colleague Paula Aguilera Pacheco a sculptor, painter and animator originally from Chile. The WUK has been an amazing playground for learning, creating and discovering new systems of group-interaction and presentation. She served for 2 years as a member of the Board of Directors of the WUK, and then for 6 years as Administrator of one of the major sections of the studio’s and workshops together with Paula, as well as initiating and organizing various events the largest being the ‘MAZE’ an open studio’s event in 2005 & 6. This has provided her with community, as well as space and time to discover her own visions, share questions and absorb information.
She has exhibited Solo and in Group Shows in Galleries, Salons and in various projects/events worldwide since 1999, including London, Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Bali, Colorado, Seattle, San Francisco and most exotically at Burning Man , hanging next to renowned visionary artists and friends such asAlex Grey & Allyson Grey, Martina Hoffmann, Robert Venosa, & many amazing artists involved in the growing movement of Visionary Art.
Amanda is currently represented in various galleries & online collectives such as the Tribe 13, which has been bringing visionary art to festivals & gatherings worldwide for over 10 years. The Temple of Visions, a Gallery & Sacred Space in dwntwn Los Angeles; the Galerie 10 in Vienna, as well as the Beinart.org collective that has been exposing unknown artists from all over the world through the boundlessness of the internet.
Since 2009, Amanda has been primarily based in Los Angeles where she has been featured in many group exhibitions, collaborating in various art projects and LIVE painting at many events. She has also made her debut teaching at the annual Visions in the Misch Technik Seminar in Italy, with noteble artists Laurence Caruana, A.Andrew Gonzalez & Maura Holden. She also offers a five day intensive called ‘Painting with Light’, held so far in Colorado & Chicago with the 3rd coming up in Vienna, Austria this October.
Her work is also featured at the Phantasten Museum in Vienna Austria, a new museum for Fantastic & Visionary Art that opened in January 2011. The Kirkland Museum in Denver, Colorado is host to a few of her pieces, as well as various international private collections.

Android Jones
Android Jones is at the forefront of the visionary art movement, a wave of artists who emphasize creativity as the foundation of consciousness and an agent of social change. As a digital alchemist, Android builds on the technical developments of past centuries in art history while pushing the boundaries of the imagination with new technologies and media forms. Moving beyond the traditional technologies of pencils, ink, and brushes, Android develops latent possibilities within software programs such as Painter, Photoshop, ZBrush, and Alchemy, discovering new combinations and uses for tools that exceed the original intentions of their programmers. In Android's live art performances, including the acclaimed Phadroid dance performances with wife Phaedrana, he incorporates elements of chance and improvisation, inviting synchronicities that additionally exceed the individual artist's intentions and allow for unscripted moments of beauty to shine through. As an experience designer, Android has contributed to films, games, and to building communities through www.conceptart.org and www.dreamcatcher.net, and his interactive installations have enchanted tens of thousands of participants at events like Boom and Burning Man. Viewing the digital domain as a medium of energy and light capable of expanding the nature of reality, Android's art encourages others to explore the potential interfaces of mind and machine in this time of accelerating change and increasing novelty. To this end, Android's art serves two related functions: it bears witness to realities accessible through heightened states of consciousness, and it also engenders heightened awareness through the processes of creation and audience interaction. Digital art becomes a tool for navigating reality and human awareness, and Android's art invites others to join the advancing evolution of consciousness by speaking to the artist in everyone.

Ashely Foreman
"Art has become a method for hacking my inner fire wall, helping me to feel normal and process the experience of being both human and spirit. Making my art has granted me gradual access to a more integrated and multidimensional reality and has probably been what has saved my sanity in a time of unconsciousness-- helping me to maintain a state of natural grace, and helping me yoke a relationship between my heart and mind, my feelings and my thoughts.
I think the most powerful thing we can accomplish with our work is to inspire each other to accept responsibility for the liberation of oneself from the conditioning we receive from excessive television and media bombardment, social institutionalization, and corporate-political persuasion. We could help each other re-program ourselves from the genetic trauma and survival programming that we've accepted in our life-walk and We can once again learn to articulate the vibrational reality that is Home. We can create and inspire new visions of old truths and We can rekindle the remembrance of Oneness.
Most of my work is emotionally autobiographical, touching upon personal experiences of both the underworld and the more elegant and subtle realms. My intention for my work, beyond personal healing, is to reflect a simple Truth-- that consciousness & reality are not products of the mind or brain, but rather the opposite; That the Universe is made of a profound Love beyond human categories, and that Life continues long after Death closes each chapter of a long and never-ending, but completely positive story.
My process varies, but primarily involves listening to and honoring the energy I feel in the Present Moment. I do not believe the mind dwells in the head of man, but rather that it is shared collectively, and can be utilized to receive information if one takes the time to cultivate the ability to listen/see/sense/interpret it. This field is sentient and is the source of Life itself, always available to tune into when needed."
Ashely paintings will be shown at the Temple of Eden as well as her live painting through out the experience.

Cher Lyn ~ Mystic Art Medicine
In 1973, at thirteen years old a blessing occurred for me when I discovered I could draw while in an art class at school. Fired with passion and dedication I drew every day. Art demonstrated to me, right from the beginning an emotional healing tool for my mind and a temporary refuge from the pain of living in a severely abusive household. If it were not for Art, I would not have survived.
Working intimately with Nature Spirits as an artist I feel these co-creative ventures transform energy through our creative expression using intention. My given medicine name, translates to, “Keeper of Sacred Altars.” Given I am told, as I was observed in the integrity of how I orchestrate my environment, devotional practices and ceremony.
I’ve developed my own unique style while painting in daily dedication since 1986. Inspired by Nature, I’ve lived and “Painted, Played and Prayed on Ancient Chumash ceremonial land in the mountains of Malibu, Calif. to include Maui’s magical Hawaii and Glastonbury, England on the Holy Isle of Avalon, and presently the powerful Red Rocks of Sedona, AZ.
"Crossing all international lines the art of Cher Lyn elicits profound responses from people of all ages and walks of life. As a visionary she explores in-depth the invisible worlds of spirit, bringing back spirit and symbol, painting the messages onto the canvas. The images invite you past the borders of her paintings and guide you to explore multidimensional worlds of myth, emotion and texture." - Four Corners Magazine -

I recognized at an early age that my passion in life was to create beautiful objects. My work expresses a connection with a higher consciousness. Nothing exists that does not touch the other. I believe, the more we become aware of our inner world, the more our relationship changes with our outer world or reality. The understanding of the subconscious and discovering super conscious symbols that speak to all is the objective. These paintings imagine mystic and symbolic worlds that express wonder not fear of the unknown.
I spend most of my days painting. The experience carries me to places far into my imagination, places that seem to exist more and more closely to reality than the day before. Dreams and visions give me great faith in humanity and a greater knowledge of the immensity of the universe of the inner mind.
Creating gives great power to the artist; it allows one to explore all possibilities and have vision of what can be. Remembering those on this path that have gone before us, listening for secrets, seeing visions, smelling the spirits, mixing the medium is a history and ritual as old as man. Magic never evades us. It is all around us, a great river forever flowing through time. With every brushstroke and thought that passes we create our own destiny. I seek experience that not only changes my personal and spiritual views but experiences that rock the very foundations of the soul. Nothing of great value comes without sacrifice. Personal discovery and the resulting destruction of the ego is a calling of the highest order. Let the revolution begin.
